I think that a good "though" name for my puppy would be "Though," as in--"THOUGH my dog may fail fetching the bone, it will have tried." But people will incessantly ask, "Why did you name your dog after a word that means "in spite of the fact that..." ? So I'll name my puppy "Although." It kind of sounds like "Aldo," but it is synonymous with "though," with a cute prefix. Plus, "Although" is a solid "though name'--NOTWITHSTANDING whatever!!!

Well, I got this from an episode of Spongebob that my son was watching. And I sort of like this name for a dog. I think it's a good name for small dogs like Yorkies or Westies because small dogs always try to act tough. It would be kind of cute. :)
